Duties & Tariffs

Duties & Tariffs for U.S. Customers: All duties and tariffs are paid before shipping. Your shipping label will display that these fees have already been prepaid, so you will not be charged by U.S. Customs upon delivery.

Canadian Customers: Federal and provincial taxes are calculated at checkout. Since all orders ship from within Canada, you will not be charged any customs duties.

Duties & Tariffs for Customers outside the U.S. and Canada: All international orders outside the U.S. and Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

By placing an order with us, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes. If you are unsure about the charges, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the carrier and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs processing.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for delayed shipments. If you experience an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to us because it was not claimed by the customer or customs fees were not paid, we will issue a refund for the total cost of the ostomy bag covers only. Shipping fees originally paid by the customer are non-refundable.
