Designed to be far more than an ostomy cover, the Purse Cover transforms your appliance into an accessory.
Featuring our signature black Exclusively Yours Satin on the back and black vegan leather on the front, the Purse Cover includes a satin-lined pocket with a concealed magnetic button closure. Like all Osto•me Fashion covers, it also features a discreet opening at the bottom of the back panel, allowing for convenient emptying without removal.
Perfectly sized for a credit card, wired earphones, lipstick, or other small necessities (within the recommended weight limit), the Purse Cover keeps your essentials close.
Finished with gold-tone hardware, the included adjustable vegan leather strap can be worn from 80 cm to 145 cm in length. Swivel clasps with 360° rotation ensure the strap moves naturally with you, providing comfort and flexibility throughout the day.
Whether worn openly as a statement piece or hidden in plain sight, the Purse Cover reimagines what an ostomy accessory can be - combining confidence, convenience, and timeless style in one piece.
Important
For optimal comfort and wearability, we recommend carrying no more than 40 grams within the pocket. The adjustable strap should always be worn at a length that does not place tension on your ostomy appliance. For the best care of your Osto·me Fashion Covers, we recommend washing by hand and laying flat to dry.
The Exclusively Yours Satin Osto·me Cover is made up of 100% Polyester.
The Everyday Cotton Osto·me Cover is made of 35% Cotton and 65% Polyester.
The Swim Osto·me Cover is made up of 100% Polyester.

Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size and location of where the package is sent from.
Duties & Tariffs for U.S. Customers: All duties and tariffs are paid before shipping. Your shipping label will display that these fees have already been prepaid, so you will not be charged by U.S. Customs upon delivery.
Canadian Customers: Federal and provincial taxes are calculated at checkout. Since all orders ship from within Canada, you will not be charged any customs duties.
Customers outside the U.S. and Canada: All international orders outside the U.S. and Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Returns
If your order is damaged within 30 days of purchase, please send us an email with photos of the product to info@ostomefashion.com
*Otherwise, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. All purchases are final sale.

Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to us because it was not claimed by the customer or customs fees were not paid, we will issue a refund for the total cost of the ostomy bag covers only. Shipping fees originally paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Which bags are they compatible with?
Osto·Me Fashion is compatible with both 1 and 2-piece systems. If you're unsure about your size and want to know your best fit, we recommend you contact us directly for help with sizing info@ostomefashion.com. Some of our favourite brands to wear us with are Coloplast, Convatec and Hollister.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
The best way to know what size you will be in Osto·Me Fashion is by checking the details on the box of your flange and bag, and following our Sizing Guide on any product page. The diameter of your flange will be found as a number usually shown in mm; i.e 50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm... If you're unsure about which number that is, simply double-check with a ruler and measure the inside diameter of your flange. *Be careful NOT to confuse this measurement with the diameter of your stoma*

How do I put it on?
It's super simple! In these 3 easy steps, your cover will be secure in place:
- Feed the bottom of your ostomy pouch through the circular opening of the cover
- Adjust the circular opening around your flange
- Finesse any areas of your pouch that are wrinkled by gently pulling at the edges.
*Hot tip: use the bottom opening to reach in and make any adjustments but be careful not to pull so hard- or you might have to deal with a mess
How do I style it?
That's up to you to decide! Depending on how comfortable you are with showing off your bag, you could layer it under your clothes or style it as an outfit accessory. Just do whatever makes you feel most like you! Our goal is to help you feel like the most confident and empowered version of yourself <3
will i still be able to empty my pouch?
Absolutely! Your cover will have an opening at the back of the bottom for accessible 24/7 emptying. Simply fold the opening up and empty just as you would normally.
when can i wear it?
We know you'll want to wear us all the time- and you can!
The cotton, bamboo and satin collections are all made with soft quality fabrics, suitable for 24/7 wear.
Most pyjamas are either made out of modal or bamboo, which is why we were inspired to choose the same. The bamboo collection is so insanely soft that you'll sleep through the night and forget it's even there.
is it water proof?
Our Swim Covers are water-resistant and designed for use in the pool, lake, ocean—even the shower. Each one features a built-in drain that releases any water as soon as you step out, keeping you comfortable and confident.
Please note: We don’t recommend getting our satin, lace, or disco covers wet, as these delicate fabrics are best kept dry. But for swim-ready style, feel free to explore our full Swim Collection.
